We understand that contractors, investors, and property managers operate on different payment timelines. Our billing process is structured to accommodate professional accounts while protecting our scheduling commitments.
A deposit is required to confirm and hold your scheduled service date. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to alternate dates per New Jersey service standards. Your date is exclusively reserved upon receipt of deposit.
General contractors and commercial accounts may qualify for NET-15 or NET-30 payment terms on approved projects. Contact us to set up a business account. A signed agreement and project deposit are required.
The remaining balance is due upon job completion and client sign-off. Digital invoices are sent same-day via Stripe for immediate secure payment.
Properties located outside Atlantic County, NJ are subject to a travel fee. This fee is disclosed upfront and included in your written quote before any commitment is made.
